//AVS Appointment Terms

The Avium Venture Scout Network (the “Network”) is established by Avium Origins Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore (”Avium”). The network is a global networking community, bringing together like-minded builders, founders, and other professionals. Our mission is to enable the exchange of information, ideas, trends, market intelligence and other valuable information between members.

1. Membership is by invitation only.
   • By joining as a member, you will be required to provide certain personal details, including (but not limited to) your full name, country of residence, and contact details.
   • You agree to comply with these terms at all times, which will be legally binding on you. Avium has the right to amend these terms from time to time, and by continuing to participate in the Network, you agree to such amendments.
   • Members may be managed via different communication channels and messaging platforms in groups. You consent to being invited to join such groups from time to time.
   • Membership is non-transferable.
2. Recognition awards
   • Avium may, at its sole discretion, provide recognition awards (“Recognition Awards”) to members who have been identified as having a positive contribution to the Network, based on its objectives (“Award Nominees”).
   • The award of a Recognition Award shall be determined solely by Avium. Avium reserves the right to withhold any Recognition Award for any reason.
3. Member expectations
   • Members may hold themselves out and be identify themselves as an “Avium Venture Scout” in their relevant social media pages.
   • Members are expected, at all times, to conduct themselves in a manner which will not bring disrepute to Avium. In the event of any untoward behaviour, Avium reserves the right to discharge any member from the Network at all times.
   • As a Member, you agree that you will not:
     • Harass or threaten any other member, or violate any legal rights of other members;
     • Disseminate false information about Avium, or any defamatory or misinformation about Avium;
     • engage in any unlawful schemes;
     • unlawfully gather or distribute information about others.
   • You are at all times expected to respect any data privacy laws applicable to you, and will keep all relevant information obtained in your capacity as member of the Network confidential.
   • You agree and confirm that any information provided to Avium is, at all times, truthful and up-to-date. You agree to update Avium in the event of any changes to such information.
   • You agree and consent to Avium collecting, reviewing, using, disclosing and processing the personal data you have provided to Avium for the purposes of administering the Network.
4. Termination
   • Avium may, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, terminate the membership of any member of the Network, whether or not as a result of breach of these terms.
5. Indemnity and disclaimer
   • Avium and its officers expressly disclaim any and all responsibilities for the actions, interactions, conduct, communications or other relationships of any members through memberships of the Network or otherwise.
   • 2. Each member agrees that Avium and/or its officers shall not be held liable, and waives any liability on the part of Avium and/or its officers in relation to any interaction between members of the Network. 3.
   • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avium and its officers from any loss or damage suffered by Avium and/or its officers as a result of any of your actions or omissions taken as a member of the Network.
6. Governing Law
   • These terms, and any disputes or matters arising out of or related to it, shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Each Member and Avium irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore
